ValCore Appraisal® is a personal property and real estate (commercial and residential) appraisal and consulting firm with located in downtown Milwaukee, WI. ValCore’s primary market area is Southeastern Wisconsin, which includes the Madison Metro, Milwaukee-Waukesha Metro, and Racine-Kenosha Metro. Our Chief Appraiser has a certified general appraiser license in the state of Wisconsin, and therefore, can extend our service area to a statewide basis, based on the needs of our clients.
